If you would like to disable spawn, exec or on, then edit global.h
and comment out the defines at the top of the file.

Hopefully a lot of bugs have been fixed, but I am always interested
in hearing about new bugs or suggestions :-)

This is by no means finished, but I believe it stable enough to do
another release.

It is best to do the installation from a clean directory.

1) @install
2) set your default server/port
3) set the location of the final executable (installation_dir)
4) C)ompile it
5) R)un it to make sure it works.
6) I)nstall it wherever you want.
7) E)dit the login if you want.
8) D)elete everything that you don't need.
