Usage: DCC CLOSE <type> <nick> [<arguments>]
  DCC CLOSE closes an unwanted DCC connection or offer. The type,
  nick and arguments are the same as those shown by DCC LIST.
  If the arguments are not specified, the oldest connection of
  the specified type is closed.
